Preksha Meditation Rajasthan What is Preksha Meditation:
Preksha Meditation is the combination of knowledge from our ancient religious books, modern science and our experience. Preksha Meditation is the practice of purifying our emotions and our conscious (chitta) and realizing our own self. Preksha Meditation is a technique of mediation for attitudinal change, behavioral modification and integrated development of personality.

Started in 1975 Preksha Meditation is the result of the untiring efforts of Ganadhipati Tulsi and Acharya Mahapragya. Acharya Mahapragya researched and experimented for twenty years to rediscover the process of meditation, which was practiced by Lord Mahaveera. Preksha Meditation is for everyone, irrespective of his or her race, religion language, color, sex and belief.

Thousands of successful camps and seminars of national and international level have been organized to inculcate the techniques of this unique method called Preksha Meditation. More than 550,000 people around the world, with different cultural backgrounds and religions, have benefited from regularly practicing it. Amongst them are people from all walks of life.

Preksha International is an international non-profit educational, charitable and humanitarian organisation, dedicated to serving society by strengthening the individual. Its mission is to spread awareness of benefits and practice of Preksha Meditation all over the world without any discrimination of colour, cast, creed, community or religion.

Preksha Meditation:
Preksha Meditation is a path of self awakening and self realisation. It helps to connect with your soul at its most profound level, achieving a state of super consciousness and increased concentration. The process of meditation puts you in touch with enlightenment, peace of mind and simple clarity.

Yoga preksha Meditation Rajasthan Yoga: Yoga is not only a physical exercise. It is a science, which develops personality, leads a person to harmony, peace, concentration and balance. It helps to practice meditation.

Pranayam: Pranayam is the advanced technique of stilling the breath. It helps to achieve a calm, blissful and focused mind. It balances left and right hemispheres and is important in preparation for meditation.

Kayotsarg: Kayotsarg is a tool for self-purification and realisation. It helps to reduce physical, mental, emotional, intellectual stress and anxiety. In this age of tension and stress, Kayotsarg leads to happy, peaceful and contented life.

Mantra Meditation:Mantra Meditation is a powerful ancient practice. It affects the chemistry of the body and mind. Mantra meditation awakens consciousness and enlightenment.

Food: The food served in the camp is vegetarian/ Lacto-Vegetarian. It is fresh, healthy and specially prepared with love and care.
