PTMC uses a unique blend of fun and adventure based team activities and the methodology of David A Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle to create a transformation in 'Individual Behavioral Patterns and Team Processes'. The focus is on 'What learning can we take away to the work environment at our organisation' and 'How can we sustain our team in a Recurring Learning Cycle' . It also provides a platform for simulation of principles of Organizational Behaviour and Management. While conventional training methods impart theories and principles of Organizational Behaviour and Management, there is an ever increasing need for individuals and teams to get the opportunity to practically apply these principles in real life situations and learn from experiences.

Developing Learning Teams - 2/3 days programme at Kalypso Camp or other suitable locations for groups of 20 to 40 participants
One day Team Building Program - Resort based day programme for 25 to 50 participants.
Large Group Interventions - Resort based day programme for more than 50 participants.
The Tough gets Going - For adventurous Corporate who wish to radically transform Group Dynamics in pressure situations (5 to 7 days).
Ambiguity Management Program - Resort based day program for 25 to 50 participants, to transform teams to deal with ambiguities.
Untie the Knots - A full/half day preparatory programme prior to Meetings/Conferences.
Leadership in the Flat World - 1 to 3 days module, Resort based or Camp based. An indoor based experiential variant of this module is conducted at Resorts / Hotels.

Developing Learning Teams

From established technology to emerging technology, from pyramid to matrix structure, from national to transnational - change, uncertainties and ambiguities are ongoing phenomena in the business environment. How can Leaders and Managers cope with it, put new concepts into practice from theory, implement strategies from book to ground and above all integrate their teams to form a perfect Learning Organisation?

The PTMC 'Developing Learning Teams' Program is Team oriented and is designed to suit the specific training objectives of the Organisation. Participants live in tents, trek hills, build rafts to cross rivers and participate in a wide array of fun and adventure based outdoor activities and games.

After each activity, they interact and reflect on it, and draw conceptual insights. Experienced Facilitators assist in the process and help individuals to discover knowledge. Further, the scenario is compared with the work environment to determine as to how the learning can be transferred. The process attempts to achieve 'Phenomenal Changes in Individual Behaviour and Team Processes' with particular emphasis on the following:

The process facilitates experimentation without penalty, quick recall of learning, is reality based, and is in an informal environment with level playing field. The focus, all through the process, is 'What learning do we carry to our Organisation and further, how do we, as a team, ensure being in a recurring Learning Cycle'.

It is a 2 nights/ 3 days programme at the scenic PTMC Nature Camp near Munnar. Alternatively, it can be conducted at a Nature Camp at Thekkady or at a Resort at Idukki. Resort based programs can also be done at other locations suitable to the client.
